Zentro BD delivers products to customers across Bangladesh through available courier and delivery services.
1. Delivery Charges
Our standard delivery charges are:

Outside Dhaka: BDT 130
Delivery charges may vary for certain locations, oversized/heavy products, or special delivery requirements.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Inside Dhaka
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.
Outside Dhaka
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.
These are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
3. Delivery Delays
Delivery may take longer than the estimated time during:

4. Order Confirmation
For Cash on Delivery orders, Zentro BD may contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order before dispatch.
Orders with incorrect or unreachable contact information may be delayed or cancelled.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide a correct and complete delivery address and an active phone number.
If a delivery cannot be completed because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, refusal to receive the package, or repeated delivery attempts, additional delivery charges may apply.
6. Checking Your Order
Customers are encouraged to inspect the product carefully in front of the delivery rider before accepting the package.
If you notice visible damage or an incorrect product, please inform the rider immediately and contact Zentro BD.
