Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Inside Bangladesh

• Dhaka: 1–3 Business Days

Outside Dhaka

• 2–5 Business Days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, courier operations, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges & Advance Delivery Charge

To confirm your order, we require an advance delivery charge before shipment. This advance helps cover courier processing and shipping costs.

Advance Delivery Charge:

• Inside Dhaka: ৳90

• Outside Dhaka: ৳150

Orders will be processed and shipped only after the advance delivery charge has been received.

The advance delivery charge is applied toward your shipping cost. If a customer refuses to accept the parcel, provides an incorrect delivery address or phone number, or the parcel is returned due to the customer's unavailability, the advance delivery charge is non-refundable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, our support team will provide tracking information (if available) via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call.

Delivery

Please ensure that your delivery address, phone number, and recipient information are accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
