1. Order Confirmation
To confirm an order, customers are required to pay the applicable advance delivery charge via bKash Send Money. Once the advance payment is verified, the order will be processed.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- You receive a damaged product.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect upon delivery.
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos or videos as proof.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The customer changes their mind after placing the order.
- The product has been used, damaged, or modified by the customer.
- The issue is reported after the specified reporting period.
- The customer provides an incorrect shipping address or contact information.
4. Advance Delivery Charge
The advance delivery charge paid for order confirmation is non-refundable once the order has been shipped. If an order is cancelled before shipment due to product unavailability or another issue from our side, the advance payment will be refunded.

If your return request is approved, we may offer:

- Full or Partial Refund (depending on the situation)
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.
